OVERVIEW

At Stella & Dot we instituted one of the earliest shoppable Instagram feeds that is now common place. Tapping into the existing user behavior of hashtaging products, we were able to aggregate content with the corresponding styles. We found that people were more likely to engage with social being a more identifiable piece of styled content. In turn, boosting confidence in their purchase. Ultimately, it gave the customer a more powerful styling tool and the business a more powerful conversion tool.
